Land
Perpaux may farm on client-controlled land or within its operation. We do not source or purchase land. Use of our farmland transfers no ownership or lease rights.
Project agreement
Scope, costs, milestones, reporting, produce ownership and post-harvest arrangements are defined in a signed agreement.
Agricultural risk
Weather, pests, disease, inputs and markets affect outcomes. No yield, profit or return is guaranteed.
